ڈپٹی کمشنر نیلم نے نوجوانوں سے اپیل کی کہ وہ افواج پاکستان کے شانہ بشانہ کھڑے ہوں اور دشمن کے ناپاک ارادوں کو ناکام بنائیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ وادی نیلم کے عوام نے ہمیشہ بھارتی جارحیت کا بہادری سے سامنا کیا ہے اور اس بار بھی اپنی افواج کا مکمل ساتھ دیں گے۔
